Traditional Sri lankan breakfast but at hotel because my friend was not sure if our tummies could take the road side version .
The food was delicious !!! Very little oil and you can taste the spices ,very delicate .

Lamb and chicken curry With tosai and an appam type thing they call hoppers which is made from crushed red rice .healthy

 Lady finger curry and dhall .their dhall is so tasty
