Found a quint little cafe in beijing housed within an old warlords palace 

Tasty sichuanese restaurant in beijing

Don't know the English name so if u can read Chinese please translate

 

Hot n sour soup ,yum yum

Fish in chilli oil ..so so 

Sichuan chicken yum yum frm that rest

Went to a restaurant in jimao center beijing its right in front of the workers stadium an old beijing stadium .this restaurant is like a food court concept la many dishes to choose from stalls but very very tasty !! This is the beef noodle very yummy

Wht u see here is a selection of dishes frm left is beef an top is phai kuat den some turnip an some four angle beans I chilli oil .i think I am getting addicted to the sichuanese numbing pepper !! 

O ....on left is coagulated duck blood in the Sichuan pepper oil , yuuummm

We went late like 230 so empty but usually there is a long q 

Went to a highly reccomended rest fine dining .in a huntong, atmosphere very nice ,had 8 course set dinner for 900 rmb perperson.emm bit xpensiv .food was well presented with french speaking waiter an all but is only good place for entertaining 

Plate full of roast meat with gravy .the balls on the right are doughy ,emm a German staple but not our taste

Chanterelle mushrooms in season so nice

Best pork place in Munich all delicious !! Pork knuckle n roast an also duck !! Faboulous
